Howell Co. Sheriff seizes drugs, searches for owner

West Plains, Mo. – The Howell County Sheriff’s Office has charged one person in the delivery of suspected synthetic cannabinoid and is searching for the owner. On December 5, 2021, at roughly 7:15 p.m., the HCSO made contact with a vehicle at the Dollar General in South Fork, 7 miles south of West Plains.

During the contact, 72 grams of a suspected synthetic cannabinoid was seized along with $1,378 in cash in a lockbox. Due to the secured nature of the storage, it was determined the person in possession was not on the scene.
