WEST PLAINS, Mo. — Trash routes in West Plains are altered this week due to the Christmas holiday, according to city clerk Mallory Snodgras:
City hall and other city offices will be closed on Tuesday and Wednesday for the Christmas holiday. Normal business hours will resume on Thursday, December 26.
