The West Plains Zizzers played the Reed Spring Wolves in the Blue & Gold Tournament for the Consolation Title on Monday, December 30th 2019. The Zizzers took a quick lead over the Wolves to end the first quarter 8 to 5. The second quarter had both teams warmed up and scoring better, ending with the half with the Zizzers ahead, 21-13.
The third quarter had both teams keeping up their energy flowing, with West Plains able to increase their lead by another 2 points, 33-26. The fourth quarter saw the Wolves slow their pace and allowed the Zizzers to strike another victory with a final score of 46-33.
