WEST PLAINS, Mo. — A new year means some big changes at the West Plains Police Department.
Police chief Stephen Monticelli told Ozark Radio News that 2020 will bring a lot of new technological changes to the department, including a new fleet of vehicles:

he added that the department will also be getting new consoles to bring the department into the 21st century:
Monticelli says those new radios should arrive at the department in about a month.
