The Liberty Eagles traveled to Licking, Missouri to take on the Wildcats on a rainy Friday evening. Coming off a long hiatus after the holiday the Eagles picked the basketball up and showed there was no rust as they led the whole game against the home team Licking Wildcats. Zeb Cornman had 19 points, while Jaris Acklin had 9 and Kaden Daniels had 11 meanwhile Zack Stretch had 7 points, 14 rebounds and 7 steals. For the Licking Wildcats Malachi Angle led all scorers with 20 points while Wilson murray had 13 and Blake Payne had 10. The Eagles move to 6-2 after the win while the Wildcats fall to 6-6.
