Two Winona residents injured in Poplar Bluff accident

POPLAR BLUFF, MO. – Three people were injured in an accident just north of Poplar Bluff Sunday afternoon at 3:18 PM.  

75 year old Janet Malpass of Poplar Bluff received serious injuries  after failing to yield to a vehicle driven by 31 year old Deborah Bettis of Winona.

Malpass was transported to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center by ambulance.  Also injured in the accident were 62 year old Kathy Bettis and 66 year old Roy Bettis, both of Winona who were taken to Poplar Bluff Regional Medical Center by Ambulance for treatment of minor injuries.

The accident occurred on US Highway 67, a half mile north of Poplar Bluff.
