West Plains High School senior Connor Rackley has signed his National Letter of Intent to attend and play football at Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar.
Rackley, a four-year starter at quarterback, completed 367 of 576 (63%) career passing attempts for 4,229 yards and 46 touchdowns. He also carried the ball 191 times for 853 career rushing yards and 19 touchdowns.
