The Grizzlies traveled to Park Hills, Missouri to take on the Cardinals of Mineral Area College Wednesday Night for another game in conference play. It was a slow start for the Grizzlies as the Cardinals went up 10-0 early in the first half. The Grizzlies would pick it up a bit with Alex Peterson leading the way with 18 points for MSU: West Plains and Nico Hill came off the bench scoring 10 points for the Grizzlies. However the Cardinals were led by Legardy who had 22 points, Leons with 16 and Stuart had 14 points for Mineral Area for a final of 59-77. The Cardinals continue their impressive run as they’ve only lost one game this season and are #6 in the country, while the Grizzlies will look to finish the regular season strong as they have homecoming this coming Saturday against Moberly.
