THE FRIENDS OF THE GARNETT LIBRARY partnered with Wendy’s of West Plains to raise more than $1,000 to benefit the library at the group’s annual chili supper Feb. 22 at the West Plains Civic Center Magnolia Room. The supper, which was attended by approximately 120 people, was among several activities taking place prior to the annual homecoming game between the Missouri State University-West Plains Grizzly Basketball team and the Moberly Area Community College Greyhounds.
