The Sheriff’s Office is notifying the public that a new sex offender has registered with the Sheriff’s Office after moving here from the State of Arizona.

Documentation indicates that the offender entered a plea of no contest to and was convicted of the misdemeanor offense of Criminal Sexual Conduct in the Fourth Degree in the State of Michigan in 2004 and ordered to register as a sex offender. This offense involved the offender engaging in sexual activity with a juvenile victim between the ages of 13 to 15.
