NCAA: 21 Clemson Football Players Now Positive; 30 LSU Players In Quarantine

Twenty-one Clemson football players tested positive for the coronavirus.

The college in South Carolina announced its total number of 315 tests and 28 positives in a statement following a second round of tests but did not break the number down by sport.

Sources say 21 football players tested positive as did two members of the football staff.

Each member of the program who tested positive was notified by the school and will be isolated for at least 10-days.

30 LSU Players In Quarantine Over COVID-19 Concerns

One quarter of the LSU football team has been quarantined because of concerns over the coronavirus.  

Sources say 30 players have been isolated because they tested positive for COVID-19 or were found to have had contact with those who tested positive.

All of those involved are asymptomatic.
