Missouri State Opens Up JQH Arena for Football Watch Party

SPRINGFIELD — Missouri State will be hosting a watch party on Saturday, Sept. 12 to give students and fans an opportunity to watch the Bears football season opener from the comfort of JQH Arena.

The season opener at Oklahoma, which is being televised exclusively on a pay-per-view basis, kicks off at 6 p.m. Doors to JQH Arena open at 5:30 p.m.

 

The event is free and open to the public. Parking in adjacent lots near JQH Arena is available at no cost.

 

In compliance with the Greene County Health Department and City of Springfield masking ordinances, facial masks are required for all attendees. Seating will be arranged to allow for social distancing with every other row open and empty seats required between groups.

 

Basic arena amenities, such as concessions and restrooms, will be available.
