A lively crowd gathered to enjoy live music provided by “The Gideon’s,” who played for the early hours and “Southern Edge” took the stage to finish up the days event.

Farm Chicks is a family owned business. Inside you will find all sorts of treasures from antiques and collectibles to home crafted items made by local folks. Co-owner Joni stated that they had enjoyed the day of music and visiting with those stopping in. She has already contacted the city Mayor and received permission to have more outdoor concerts perhaps monthly as weather permits.

Future plans for the business are already being discussed such as making T-shirts to having some sort of food service as well. Joni said she couldn’t do this without her family support Mom, Sisters and especially her husband David. David is a Master Electrician, and has his own tree Service as well.
