The Howell County Health Department reports that an additional 16 cases of COVID-19 have been identified in the county. This brings the to-date total number of cases to 3,507. Of the new cases: 10 reside in West Plains, one lives in Willow Springs, four live in Pomona and one lives in Pottersville. There have been 18,625 tests to-date in Howell County.
