The following weekend (Feb. 26-28), Mizzou fans will get an earlier than usual home opener with Omaha visiting Taylor Stadium. Similar to their series at Grand Canyon, the Tigers and Mavericks will conduct Friday and Sunday single games and a Saturday twin-billing.

Mizzou moves into its next month of play by heading south for the Frisco College Baseball Classic in Frisco, Texas (March 4-7). The premier four-day, round-robin weekend will see the Tigers, Dallas Baptist, Oklahoma and Arizona compete at Dr. Pepper Ballpark (home of Texas Rangers’ Double-A Affiliate, Frisco RoughRiders).

Three days after its trip to Texas, Mizzou will meet in-state rival Saint Louis at the Billiken Sports Center (March 10). Two days later, the Tigers return to the friendly confines of Taylor Stadium for a four-game series against Illinois State (March 12-14).

At the end of the month, Mizzou and Kansas begin a two-game, home-and-home series in Lawrence (March 30). The Tigers’ next month of play will be highlighted by a two-game, home-and-home series against in-state rival Missouri State, beginning with a matchup in Mid-Missouri (April 13). The Tigers and Bears then close their season series seven days later at Hammons Field (April 20).

Mizzou concludes its month of April with a quick road trip west to Kansas State (April 27). The final month of the 2021 regular season will feature two additional non-conference matchups, as Southeast Missouri (May 4) and Kansas (May 18) make its way to Taylor Stadium.
