The Howell County Health Department reports that an additional 13 cases of COVID-19 have been identified in the county (numbers include Friday, Saturday and Sunday). This brings the to-date total number of cases to 3,547. Of the new cases; nine reside in West Plains, one lives in Willow Springs, and three live in Mountain View. There have been 18,771 tests administered in Howell County to date.
