A ribbon cutting will precede the grand opening of the new West Plains Splash Pad at the Butler Children’s Park at 11:30 am this Wednesday, May 12.
The Splash Pad is the first phase of a larger project that will include additional play equipment, walking trails, fencing, and parking spots at the park, which was donated to the City in 1977 by Bob and Pearl Butler.
