Steam Pro is the most recent business to graduate from the Ozarks Small Business Incubator (OzSBI). Monica Hoover, owner/operator of Steam Pro, purchased the business from Richard Barkley in 2019. Mr. Barkley came to the West Plains area from the West Coast seeing that this area could use a professional cleaning solution. So, with state-of-the-art equipment and great customer satisfaction he founded Stam Pro in 2015. Steam Pro specializes in cleaning carpet, tile and grout throughout southern Missouri and northern Arkansas.
Monica first came to OzSBI interested in a loan program that offered a great interest rate and repayment plan for her new business opportunity. Upon meeting with OzSBI mentors, Monica enrolled in the microloan program and became an OzSBI affiliate client. When asked how OzSBI helped her business, Monica replied, “The Ozark Small Business Incubator has been with my business every step of the way! I received a welcoming attitude and a lot of support from the staff. I really appreciated that they were always there whenever I needed advice or information on different directions and avenues to take. They are easy and comfortable to work with.
