Tuesday morning at 6:25AM, a two-vehicle accident occurred in the city of West Plains at the intersection of Jan Howard Expressway and Gibson Avenue. City police, Fire Department, and paramedics were on the scene this morning. Traffic has been slowed as the accident is secured and vehicles are removed.
