Howell County Health Department reports an additional 19 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County. This brings the to date total number of cases to 3982. Of the new cases 3 live in West Plains, 8 live in Mountain View, 5 live in Willow Springs, 2 live in Pottersville and 1 lives in Bakersfield. There have been 21,189 tested to date.
