Sports for Tue July 13th

Garylee has sports for July 13th

Due to the continual decline in people becoming officials, Schools were asked to volunteer to move their games to either Thursday or Saturday. Some schools volunteered but not enough. The association did a random draw for the remaining games and the school’s that were drawn were sent a notice they had to move their game. The school’s that were drawn will not be forced to move a game again in the future until everyone else has took a turn. The pool of officials that are not on crews has diminished too practically none. The Springfield association has 19 crews and Joplin has 11. There is a huge need for more officials, or we are going to see a lot more games get moved to Thursday or Saturday.
