Howell County Health Department reports an additional 58 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County. This brings the to date total number of cases to 4775. Of the new cases 41 live in West Plains, 9 live in Mountain View, and 8 live in Willow Springs. There have been 22,403 tested to date.
