West Plains, MO – A Pomona man has been charged with DWI after crashing his UTV on Saturday. The incident occurred on private property east of Willow Springs on County Road 2720 at 8 p.m.August 28.
Brian Rothermich, 36 of Pomona, was driving a 2015 Polaris Ranger when he failed to make a turn and overturned the vehicle. Rothermich was not wearing a safety device and was thrown from the vehicle, suffering serious injuries. Rothermich has been charged with Driving While Intoxicated and released for medical treatment. He was taken to Cox South in Springfield by Mercy Air Ambulance.
