Ceola grew up in the Hartville area, and attended grades one through eight at the Durbin one-room school. She attended Hartville High School and graduated in 1962. She married Danny Wade Jordan on June 4, 1965, and one son, Tim, was born to this union.
They moved to Kansas City, Missouri, and she worked at Western Electric for nearly ten years. They later moved to Springfield, Missouri, and she worked at General Electric for 32 years. At the time of her retirement, Ceola was foreman of the repair department and was over 26 employees. After retirement, they moved to their farm near Hartville, Missouri where she resided until her passing.
Ceola enjoyed doing many different types of crafts, quilting, word searches, and adult coloring books. She also attended the Durbin Church of Christ.
Ceola was preceded in death by her husband, Danny Jordan, and two sisters, Charlene Tittle and Bonnie Stivers.
She is survived by her son, Tim Jordan of Hartville, Missouri, and many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends who will miss her.
