Howell County Health Department reports an additional 49 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County, of these cases 10 have been identified as a breakthrough case (numbers include Friday, Saturday and Sunday). This brings the to date total number of cases to 5689. Of the new cases 36 live in West Plains, 7 live in Willow Springs, 4 live in Mountain View, 1 lives in Moody and 1 lives in Pomona. There have been 24,367 tested to date.
