Howell County Health Department reports an additional 14 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County, of these cases 3 have been identified as breakthrough cases. The breakthrough case rate as of today for Howell County is 1.6 %. This brings the to date total number of cases to 5734. Of the new cases 9 live in West Plains, 4 live in Willow Springs, and 1 lives in Pomona. There have been 24,567 tested to date.
