Howell County Health Department reports an additional 23 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County, of these cases 5 have been identified as breakthrough cases. The breakthrough case rate as of today for Howell County is 1.5 %. This brings the to date total number of cases to 5765. Of the new cases 13 live in West Plains, 7 live in Willow Springs, 2 live in Mountain View and 1 lives in Moody. There have been 24,708 tested to date.
