Howell County Health Department reports an additional 13 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County, of these cases 3 have been identified as breakthrough cases. The breakthrough case rate as of today for Howell County is 1.7 %. This brings the to date total number of cases to 5845. Of the new cases 9 live in West Plains, 2 live in Willow Springs, and 2 live in Caulfield. There have been 24,935 tested to date.
