(Springfield) After ceremonies this past Saturday in Springfield, the Missouri Basketball Coaches Hall of Fame is officially 20 members richer.
With Covid restrictions last year, the 2020 class of inductees had to wait for the 2021 event to be recognized.
For the 2020 class, inductees included Mountain Grove boys coach Duane Hiler and former Eminence Redwings boys coach Pete McBride.
Lifetime Achievement awards went to former MSU head women’s coach Cheryl Burnett and former Rogersville boys coach Gary McDaniel.
The event took place at the Double Tree Hotel in Springfield Saturday afternoon and evening.
