West Plains, Mo. – A Peace Valley man was arrested Thursday evening on multiple charges.
Billy Barton, 35 of Peace Valley, was arrested by the Missouri State Highway Patrol following a traffic accident in Howell County. Barton was charged with Misdemeanor Driving While Intoxicated, Failure to drive on Right Half of Roadway Resulting in an Accident, Driving while Suspended, and No Seat Belt. He was booked into the Howell County Jail before being released.
