- fraudulent use of a credit/debit device, class A misdemeanor
- stealing-$750 or more, class D felony
- fraudulent use of credit/debit device, class E felony
- 2 counts burglary 1st degree, class B felony
- 2 counts unlawful possession of a firearm, class D felony
- 2 counts harassment – 1st degree, class E felony
- 3 counts violation of order of protection for adult, class A misdemeanor
- 5 counts of stealing- firearm/ explosive weapon/ ammonium nitrate, class D felony
