Dorotha Jean Inman, a resident of Willow Springs, passed away Thursday morning, February 17, 2022 while at her residence with her family at her side. She was born October 10, 1947 in Jasper, AL to Lee and Lucille Lockhart and was 74 years old.
Dorotha grew up and attended school in Jasper. She was married to Paul Ray Pliler, Sr. for 25 years and to this union seven children were born. She was later married to Wade Douglas Inman at a courthouse in AR and they enjoyed nineteen years together. She had many interests in life: she loved to crochet, knit, work jigsaw puzzles, and take care of her chickens, ducks, and other animals on the family farm. She also enjoyed taking animals to the swap meets in the surrounding area. In later years, she spent a great deal of time playing games on her tablet. She will be dearly missed by her family, her friends, and all who knew her.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Wade; and her son, Timothy Adam Pliler.
She is survived by her children: Paul Ray Pliler and significant other, Melissa May Bowen; Tamala Cowen and her husband, Larry; Michael Wayne Pliler and his significant other, Shell; Kevin Jay Pliler and Jill Rockwell; Jessie Glen Pliler and his wife, Shelly; and John Christopher Pliler. Further survivors include several grandchildren and great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
