Howell County Health Department reports an additional 4 cases of COVID-19 for Howell County, of these cases 1 has been identified as a breakthrough case. The known breakthrough case rate as of today for Howell County is 5.9%. This brings the total number of cases to date to 9615 (numbers are for Friday). Of the new cases 3 live in West Plains, and 1 lives in Willow Springs. There have been 29,443 tested to date.
