Dora, Mo. – A Friday structure fire in Dora consumed the site of Fat Boy’s Gun Shop. Fire fighters with the Dora Volunteer Fire Department and the Eastern Douglas County Volunteer Fire Department were on the scene of the blaze but the structure was a total loss.
At this time, it is believed that a fire had begun in a nearby wellhouse and that had spread to the former shop. The shop had been owned by the late Gary Lee Decker, who passed away in October 2013 and the shop building had not been occupied at the time of the blaze.
