West Plains, MO. – Mayor Mike Topliff has signed a proclamation designating Saturday, April 2, 2022, as Arbor Day in the City of West Plains. To celebrate, the public is invited to attend a tree planting event at 9 a.m., Saturday at Health Haven Botanical Gardens, 902 County Road 8270. Individuals wanting to participate should bring gloves.
