The West Plains City Council met April 11, in special session to reorganize. During the meeting Jessica Nease and John Niesen were sworn in. Both councilmembers won reelection in the April 5 Municipal Election. Election results can be found at https://howellcounty.net/.
Nease and Mayor Mike Topliff were appointed to the Planning and Zoning Committee, Niesen to the Civic Center Board, councilman Josh Cotter will continue serving as Mayor Pro-Tem and was appointed to serve on the Tourism Board, and Councilman Johnny Murrell was appointed to the Parks and Recreation Board.
