West Plains Man Formally Charged For Homicide

West Plains, MO. – Damian Paul Henry, the 22-year-old resident of West Plains who was recently arrested for the homicide of another West Plains man, James Harlin Vineyard, has been formally charged by a judge with Armed Criminal Action and First-Degree Murder.

Henry spoke to officers and stated that he had fired his gun 4 times on Vineyard as part of an altercation that escalated when Vineyard pulled a knife on another man who was also present during the event, who was not charged. Henry is currently being held in the Howell County Jail.
