Houston, MO. – This weekend is the Emmet Kelly Clown Festival in Houston, Missouri. With their schedule released, and information from city officials, the STARS foundation, and other event organizers, it appears the weekend will be filled with a slew of events that will bring a special kind of life to downtown Houston, Missouri.
Rebecca Peterson, the Executive Director of the STARS Foundation, spoke to us about the various events to be going on this weekend, including performances that the Foundation will be organizing and acting out.
The STARS foundation is a non-profit organization that promotes itself as an organization dedicated to exposing students to fine arts and supporting the local communities while doing so.
Proceeds from the tickets of the performances of the STARS Foundation are set to be donated to the Houston High School to help support the band community.
