Mountain View Public Library Announces “Ocean of Possibilities” Summer Program

Mountain View, MO. – Much like the reading programs from early education schools in the 90’s, the “Ocean of Possibilities” program at the Mountain View Public Library will track times, pages, and amounts of books that children ages 3-15 will read over this summer, and offer prizes in return.

In addition, for those participating, the program offers a variety of different events and classes kids can take part in. Cooking classes, tie-dye shirt making, board games, chalk drawing, and more will all be included. Furthermore, there will be activities on Geo Caches, making mousetrap cars, education on rivers and streams, and even introductions to coding.
