West Plains, MO. – A wanted fugitive was arrested Saturday evening in West Plains. The name of the individual has not been released as of this time.
Multiple law enforcement agencies cooperated with the Howell County Sheriff’s Office to make the arrest, including West Plains Police and Mountain View Police. A police negotiator was employed to convince the fugitive to leave a residence in the 300 block of west 1st street.
