Fulton, County, AR. – The Fulton County Sheriff’s Office recently put out a call for assistance to the public in the search for an individual involve in a hostage situation that happened yesterday morning.
Joshua Hoover is a wanted man by Sharp and Craighead Counties, and is a 6ft, 200lbs white male with tattoos on his neck and arms. Hoover is considered armed and possibly dangerous, and officials have asked that you call 911 if you spot him.

Hoover escaped from police yesterday after fleeing in a gray 2019 Toyota 4 Runner, following a situation in which he was holding a female hostage at a business called The Red Mule.
Hoover was last seen outside of Hardy, AR.
