West Plains, MO. – A two vehicle crash in Moody injures two people from Arkansas Sunday morning. According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol report, the accident occurred at the intersection of Highway 142 and Highway E at 11:40 a.m. on June 26, 2022.
A westbound 2021 Chevy Tahoe driven by Jessie Guffey, age 79 of Fulton, Ar., pulled into the path of a northbound 2007 Dodge 1500 driven by a 16-year old female from Fox, Ar.
The juvenile driver had been wearing a safety device and was not injured. Her passenger, Pamela Hicks, age 40 of Fox, Ar., suffered serious injures and was transported by ambulance to Ozarks Healthcare in West Plains for treatment. Guffey had been wearing his seat belt as well, suffering minor injuries and was transported by private vehicle to Ozarks Healthcare for treatment.
