COLUMBIA, Mo. – The Southeastern Conference announced its 2022 Spring Academic Honor Roll on Wednesday which includes 104 student-athletes from the University of Missouri. The 104 Mizzou representatives marks the second-consecutive year with 100 or more spring sport student-athletes honored.
The 2022 Spring SEC Academic Honor Roll includes student-athletes from the sports of baseball, golf, softball, tennis and track & field. It is based on grades from the 2021 Summer, 2021 Fall and 2022 Spring terms. All seven eligible programs at Mizzou were represented on the 2022 honor roll. Across the SEC, 1,531 student-athletes earned recognition on this year’s spring list. The complete 2022 SEC Spring Honor Roll can be found here.
Any student-athlete who participates in an SEC championship sport is eligible for nomination. Criteria for selection includes a 3.00 cumulative grade point average or a 3.0 for the preceding academic year. Athletes must have completed 24 semester hours of academic credit towards a degree at the nominating institution.
