Hartville, MO. – The Wright County Board of Commissioners has issued a Burn Ban for the county effective Thursday, July 21.
The burn ban is placed in effect due to severe drought conditions currently existing that has raised the threat of fire danger.
This proclamation places a ban on all open flames, fires, trash, rubbish, shrubbery, and campfires, except in designated areas.
The Burn Ban will remain in place in Wright County for 60 days or until ended or extended by the Board.
