West Plains, MO. – Big Elections are coming up soon, but as for what this means for the city of West Plains, there is one major issue. The Capital Improvement Sales Tax is being listed on the upcoming ballot, and has been not only in place since the 1990’s, but has funded many of the projects people in the City of West Plains Enjoy.
