Carolyn Mae Davis, 91 of Cabool, MO, a loving mother of 8 children and 5 stepchildren departed this life on August 16, 2022 after a short illness. She was born on Dec. 30, 1930 in Bon Wier, TX the daughter of William and Johnnie Cheshire and grew up surrounded by a large family.
Carolyn had a love for cooking, family get-togethers, playing bingo and attending church on Sundays.
Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands, Norman “Bud” Davis and George Williams; son, Jim Williams; 5 siblings, 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandson. She is survived by her son, Robert Tumlinson and wife, Charlene; daughters, Charlotte Callaway, Brenda Hudson, Tonia Collins and husband, Vance, Candace Howerton and husband, Webb, Anita Byerly and husband, James and Renita Cash; one sister, Vera Smith; 21 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; 19 great great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends. Her Christian life was as beautiful as the flowers she loved so well, she will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her. Carolyns beautiful life will be forever cherished in the lives of her children and grandchildren.
