D. Approval of the disposal of finance records – Accounts Receivable Fiscal Year 2016 through Fiscal Year 2021.

A. Resolution 2022-23. A Resolution appointing director and alternate director to the Missouri Joint Municipal Electric Utility Commission.
B. Resolution 2022-24. A Resolution of the City of West Plains, Missouri, authorizing the city administrator to execute and agreement with the Greater West Plains Area Chamber of Commerce for economic development.
C. Resolution 2022-25. A Resolution of the City of West Plains, Missouri, authorizing the city administrator to execute an agreement with KPM for audit services.
D. Resolution 2022-26. A Resolution of the City of West Plains, Missouri, authorizing the city administrator to execute an agreement with Olsson Design on a comprehensive land use plan.
E. Resolution 2022-27. A Resolution of the City of West Plains, Missouri, authorizing the mayor to execute a relocation agreement between the Home Builder’s Association and the City for full use of the Welcome Center.
F. Resolution 2022-28. A Resolution of the City of West Plains, Missouri, supporting an application by HRM Services, LLC, to the Missouri Housing Development Commission – Thayer Avenue.

B. Bill 4722 to become Ordinance 4722. First and Second Reading. An Ordinance to approve a new employee PTO policy recommended by the City Administrator.
