West Plains, MO. – The Howell County Health Department will be holding a drive-thru influenza vaccination clinic for adults and children ages 10 and older today, Friday, October 7th, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at 180 S. Kentucky Avenue in West Plains.
