The West Plains Zizzers took on the Parkview Vikings in Springfield, Missouri on Friday, October 14, 2022. The Zizzers sought to end their current losing streak and the Vikings were looking for their first win of the season.
The West Plains Zizzers commanded the first half of the game. The Zizzers were able to score three touchdowns in the first quarter and another two in the second. The Vikings were able to get to the red zone multiple times but were unable to complete their push. The Zizzers were leading the Vikings at halftime, 34 to 0.
The Zizzers added an additional touchdown during the third quarter and the Vikings were able to grab their only touchdown of the game during the fourth quarter. The West Plains Zizzers end their losing streak with a victory against the Parkview Vikings, 41 to 8.
The Zizzers next play Waynesville in West Plains on Friday, October, 21.
