Cotter, AR. – A man from Cotter, AR has been arrested following an incident where he broke into the home of his ex-wife and assaulted residents.
On October 12th, law enforcement responded to an incident in Cotter where an altercation was in progress. After breaking up the fight and an investigation, it was revealed that Jason Lee Cotter, 48, had broken into the basement of a residence, and injuries sustained were from the houses residents stopping him until law enforcement arrived.

Cotter had stated that his entry of the residence was to see his dog. A no-contact order was put into place against Cotter, and charges on him include Felony Residential Burglary, 3rd Degree Battery, and Criminal Mischief.
